Schwarzenegger added: "the signing of the MOU marks between Shanghai and California and across the Pacific in cooperation is expanded. Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay Area Committee has done a lot for this practical work, technology and venture capital investments in expanding new areas of cooperation. ”
He also pointed out that more California company will benefit from these forward-looking agreement was signed, thus have the opportunity, for the first time, their products and services into the Chinese market.
