EU exports to China in the first half of the rapid growth of

2010 5 October Eurostat published data show that during the first half of the EU's 27 countries, exports to China rose and imports both, separately from the 2009 370 million euros and 1030 € 530 million euros to the growth and 1250 euros. Exports to China accounted for EU exports of 8.5%, imports 17.8%, trade deficit of € 710 million.

From 2000 to 2009, EU-27 countries and China grew 3 times, exports to China from 2000 260 million euros to 820 million euros, with imports from 2000 the growth of 750 million euros to the 2008 2480 billion euros in 2009, down to 2150 million euros. At the same time, the EU-China trade deficit since 2000 of 490 billion euro increase in 2008 by 1700 million euros, down to the 2009 1330 million euros.

In the first half of the EU-China trade, Germany accounted for EU exports to China 47% of the total (€ 250 million), representing the EU total imports from China of 23% (290 billion euros). EU exports to China of 60% for imports of machinery and vehicles, mainly for PC and its accessories and cell phones.
